2. Cancelled before the delivery -
Once the project has started, partial refunds may be applicable depending on the stage of completion at the time of cancellation.
If you choose to cancel the project before final delivery, you will be charged based on the work completed up to that point, as per the project timeline and progress. The remaining balance will be refunded withing 7 working days.
3. How to Request a Return -

4. Refund Process -

5. Delay from Client's End -
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by the client, including failure to provide content or approvals on time.

8. Project Cancellation (Before processing) -
You may cancel your project before it start to process.
To cancel, please contact us at info@pypex.net with your Order ID.
If the project has not yet started to process, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
9. Cancellation (After start processing)
Once your project has started, partial refunds may be applicable depending on the stage completion at the time of cancellation.
10. Automatic Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:
Payment not received or failed transaction.
Project unavailable.
Project flagged for fraudulent activity.
Incorrect or incomplete contact details.
In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund where applicable.
11. Modification of Orders
Project can be modified before the completion of your project.
Once your project is completed and hosted, modifications will only be entertained if they align with your originally provided instructions or in the case of glitches or technical bugs from our side.
If you request additional changes or features that were not mentioned during the initial development phase, such modifications will be considered as new requirements and will be charged accordingly.
